The breakfast was terrible, mostly eggs, I expected a buffet fit for royalty. It was shocking to see the staff's lack of engagement, hardly a warm welcome, and the pool water was colder than ice. I thought I'd at least get an upgrade as a courtesy but was totally ignored. I just couldn't leave a good review.

There were a fridge, an electric kettle and air conditioner in the room, greatly enjoyed that. The staff were extremely friendly and very attentive and the location was particularly good close to the metro system. Moreover, it was adjacent to taxi, the centre of Old Tbilisi and the center.

The room was impeccably clean and huge and equipped with good view, nice furniture. Location: the hotel was so close to the center, Tbilisi and predominately a business area. Again, the venue was 15 minutes by car from Dighomi Massive.

Great experience overall! The Beautiful Triple Room was spacious enough for my family, and we all slept comfortably. Breakfast was tasty, and the staff were really nice too. We were really surprised by the thoughtful gesture of champagne and candies for my daughter's birthday 😊

Location next to a restaurant and the center of Tiblisi. A safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a mini-fridge-bar in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. What a really good staff!

I had the pleasure of staying in a Superior Double Room, and the space was very nice! The upper-floor view of the city's skyline was amazing. The room featured a comfortable bed and a good small terrace where I enjoyed coffee. The indoor pool on the 14th floor provided an amazing backdrop of mountain views while I relaxed.
